CA Richa Jain is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Expert (CSOE), with certification in ESG and Sustainability for Business from Arizona State University (USA). She has led SOX controls, ERP assurance, and risk advisory projects, including at Deloitte, serving global organizations.
Richa bridges financial governance and technology, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and technology-driven audit frameworks.
At J S R T & CO LLP, she heads Risk Advisory, ESG, and Cybersecurity Assurance, integrating finance, sustainability, and technology to strengthen governance and compliance.
